When we seek truth, we will inevitably be called to challenge the assumptions and knowledge we already have when we encounter realities that cannot be adequately accounted for by what we already know.
This has always been how knowledge and understanding develops - it is the structure of scientific evolution just as it is the structure of authentic self-knowledge and wisdom.
In this sense, a certain kind of deconstruction is always going to be necessary in the course of our pursuit of existential truth as well as in our continuous seeking of Christ.
