When we lay down our lives and seek to please God from a place of abundance, knowing He delights in us just as we are, a profound transformation occurs. No matter how flawed we may be, God's love is unwavering. In the depth of our existence, He continues to love us. Part of this healing journey is when these truths transition from concepts to a deeper confidence. As we heal, we realize God's love isn't conditional. There's no need to fear God's withdrawal if we fall short. This security allows our desire to please God to blossom from a place of freedom, joy, and peace.
